Its National Apprenticeship week this week…..and we are celebrating our 2 apprentices!

Apprenticeship

Aaron Bunn and Jake Burn have started their apprenticeship with us and are on their way to gaining practical skills and work experience whilst completing a qualification, with the support of experienced Top Tubers!

Apprentices have to complete some of their learning “off the job” and our apprentices do this through block release with our training providers. Apprentices are important to us at Top Tubes Ltd  and the apprenticeships we offer enable us as a business to build our talent, knowledge, and capabilities for the future.

“it has  been a great journey from the first day, all colleagues are supportive and very  knowledgeable in their crafts. There hasn’t been a question gone unanswered or a problem gone unsolved. I believe as team members we all do our part and the job get completed in a very efficient manner. With the help of my Manager & HR manager settling in a new environment couldn’t of been made more easy. Through the use of diversifying my time across all different operations on Top Tubes shop floor I have been able to vastly expand my intelligence amongst all different segments of such a smooth operation. Couldn’t have asked for a better apprenticeship anywhere as this is the best there is. Many thanks to the team around me helping me progress.”
