Despite the current economic climate, at Top Tubes we’ve been lucky to retain a healthy order book throughout.
Why, we asked ourselves, did we think this was the case when the same wasn’t true in other parts of the industry?
One of the principal factors, it seems from feedback received from customers, is how easy we are to deal with. Excellent point of sale information and a tightly knit sales and production team give customers quick and accurate information as part of their account management.
Many years of experience are combined within the ERW sales team. The team – Joe Dukes, Craig Gibbs, Bryan Morris and Lee Richards – together combine 88 years experience in steel tube as we speak. In fact the whole team have worked in steel tube all of their working lives to date.
The upshot of this is a depth of knowledge that’s just about unrivalled, which customers value enormously. As Craig Gibbs says, “There’s very little in the world of ERW tube that one or more of us wouldn’t have come across before, which enables us to respond to customers in a very well-informed way, and quickly”.
There you have it; steel tube in the blood, that’s what keeps us healthy.
