Last week April Pearson-Myatt , Financial & Commercial Director and Ritu Nargas HR Manager attended an inspiring event held by the University of Wolverhampton.

Recent policy paper commissioned by Midlands engine, Mahmood et al. (2022), found that women in leadership in the Midlands is lagging behind compared to other regions. April and Ritu were panellists in a forum for women working in the industry to share their experiences, challenges they may have faced in their career within the manufacturing industry.
