We can process round tube up to 254mm diameter, and square & rectangular tube up to 220mm, plus angles, flats and channels. Our Trumpf TruLaser 7000 Fiber can handle a maximum raw material length of 9.2m, and has the capability of offloading finished parts up to a maximum length of 8m – so large-sized assemblies, such as those for the construction industry can benefit from precision Laser cut parts too.

Design capabilities
Solidworks is used for all of our 3D design work, and it is one of the most commonly used software’s in the manufacturing industry. Utilising this software allows us to read and interpret many different 3D file types and process components straight from a customer’s 3D CAD file.
