Top Tubes has just installed its fourth BLM Adige laser tube cutting machine. The new machine, an Adige LT120, joins the existing LT8, LT712D and LT722D machines and addresses the need for increased capacity in the laser department.

The LT120 is capable of cutting tube up to 120mm diameter generally used in the most important industrial sectors. At Top Tubes the new machine’s primary role will be in processing high volume contractual work and batch quantities for the automotive sector.

A feature of the LT120 is its fast and easy production changeover facility which provides us with the increased flexibility which is vital when having to accommodate long runs at the same time as small scale bespoke work.
