Our tube laser cutting services play a key role in supplying the automotive sector. From exhaust cut-outs to bracket slots, our in-house capability allows for highly accurate, repeatable cuts across a range of tube shapes and materials.

Utilising BLM Adige LT7 and Trumpf 5000/7000 systems, we can handle complex geometries, angled mitres, and multi-axis perforations on tubes from 12mm to 152mm in diameter. All processing is carried out with CNC-controlled precision to avoid deformation and eliminate secondary finishing.
